Shell: Abaddon black, 1 to 2 Khorne red and Lahmian medium, 1 to 1 Mephiston red and Lahmian medium, Evil sunz scarlet. Side note water works just fine instead of Lahmian medium. Yellow skin: Seraphim sepia, Agrax earthshade, Yriel yellow, Abaddon black.

The teeth are black, then rakarth flesh, then wraithbone, then vallejo silver grey (painting less of the tooth with each layer) then agrax earthshade, and immediately wiping it off so it just colours it slightly.
